Why You Need to Be Valuable to Grow Your Business

Hi guys, hope your season is going great so far! Today I wanted to talk about why it’s important to make yourself valuable when it comes to growing your business.

It doesn’t matter if you just cut grass and nothing else, or you have a bunch of services - being valuable to your customer is key.
 

For example, if cutting grass is your sole business, then make sure you know everything there is to know about that:

• The different types of grass on your route

• The different types of diseases in your area

• Know about the insects in your area, and how sun and shade affects lawns, too

At the end of the day, the customer wants just one thing - a green and healthy-looking lawn, so make sure you become valuable to them with your knowledge.
