One of the things I see a lot of businesses struggling with is time management, which then leads to things getting missed because they're trying to remember what needs doing.

In this video, I want to share how I manage my time, and avoid the dangers of procrastination.

• Line up your route for the next day

• Make sure your workers know what needs to be done

• Focus on where your strengths are

• Don't be afraid to say no to a customer if it doesn't make sense to do something
