Hi guys, Blake here from it's HIS turf, and today I want to talk about how to make more money by buying in bulk.

Money saved is money made, especially when your business gets to a certain size, and that's what I want to share with you in this video.
 

As an example, here's where our business is sitting today:

• We have a team of 12 people

• We're working on around 300 properties per week

• We're offering a mix of lawn care, landscaping, and hardscaping

As a result, we're buying a lot of materials, and the pre-planning that goes into that enables us to buy at a discounted rate. But when it comes to the basics, like oil filters, fuel filters, fuel lines, mower blades, etc., we can buy in bulk and save a chunk of money.

Don't forget to speak to your dealer and see if he/she can match any of the offers you might find online.
