How to Have Better Communication with Your Customers

In my last video, I shared how important it is to keep your online presence maintained, so you can show potential customers your best work.
On top of that is the importance of communicating with these customers, whether they're existing customers, or soon-to-be new ones.
Whether it's email, text, phone, or - ideally - in person on the job, there's such a great opportunity for upselling other services, especially ones they may not have been aware you offered.
It also shows you're looking after their property, and trying to keep problems at bay before they become a bigger issue.
